Delivery Level
Your satisfaction is the main condition for a good long-term relationship. Our employees are constantly working on keeping the quality of our services as high as possible. We have developed a system allowing us to register the delivery level on order (line) level on a daily basis through our information system.At the end of every quarter we will send you a full report, giving you insight in how many orders we have run for you (correctly). This allows you to measure whether our services are on the desired and agreed level.
