Yes, naturally. They are still your goods and during office hours you can always stop by, with or without appointment. - Can I take my customer to come see the logistics process?
That's possible. Please make an appointment in advance, so that we can make sure that you and your customer are quietly received. - Is outsourcing more expensive than doing it yourself?
No, in most cases, outsourcing is cheaper, because your costs are flexible and you don't have to invest in your own warehouse. - Can you also pick emergency orders?
Of course this is not a problem. - How do I check your quality regarding order delivery and transport?
Every quarter, we will send you a performance report in which we specify all activities, including our score. - Can I contact your warehouse directly for questions?
Yes, most certainly. We have consciously chosen to keep the lines between you and our warehouse short.
