Customs
Our policy to have the logistics process under control as much as possible. This also applies to the customs formalities. We have customs permits and an online connection to the central customs systems, meaning that our declarants can clear your goods at any time. Because we are aware of the fact that, when it comes to import, you would like to have immediate access to your goods, we always ensure a fast and constructive resolutions.

Direct Representation with import and export
When Mondial Logistics represents an importer or exporter as customers-forwarder/agent, we will submit these declarations on behalf of the client. You will formally be the declarant. In that case, Mondial Logistics is an administrative service provider, who can not be held fiscally liable after the declaration. We submit the declaration on your behalf.
The policy of Mondial Logistics constitutes that all clients need to issue authorization for direct representation for import and export. An authorization is a one-time ordeal and applies to all import and export declarations.
You can authorize us as Direct Representative by printing the authorization below and by having a pleadable person sign it, and sending it to us including a recent statement of the Chamber of Commerce at our mail address.
