For all of our forwarding work (including customs work) the ‘Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden 2004' or the most recent version applies, registered with the Court of Amsterdam. All conditions, of which the most recent versions always apply, will be sent on the first request.

 

For all storage- and transfer activities in our warehouse, the Physical Distribution and the ‘Nederlandse opslagvoorwaarden' apply.
